‣ I am not liable for any commissioned outfits that may violate Twitch's Terms of Service (ToS), whether at the time of the commission or due to future updates to Twitch’s policies. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review and understand Twitch’s ToS and to assess any risks involved. Twitch’s ToS can be vague and is subject to change frequently.
‣ If I am designing an outfit from scratch, the design will be based on my personal interpretation of Twitch’s current ToS. It is your responsibility to communicate any specific adjustments you wish to make to align the design with your interpretation of the ToS. Please note, any revisions requested after the design has been approved will incur additional fees.
‣ My art is detailed, it is essential to hire an expert rigger to bring out the model's full potential.
‣ Payment in full required in advance OR a deposit of 500 USD followed by the remaining balance after satisfactory completion of the sketch before moving on to the next steps.

✦ You'll require character design references. If you'd like me to create a character for you, there will be a design fee (the commercial price is incluided).

✦ After starting, simple designs take about 2 months of work, while complex designs take 3 to 5 months, plus an additional month for each simple outfit.
✦ My models usually have at least 800 layers, with an average of around 1200. The more complex ones can go up to 3500. They can get quite heavy, so I recommend you have a powerful computer.

MODEL COMPLEXITY FEE
Commission pricing is primarily based on the time and effort required to create the model. While the base price covers a standard level of complexity, more intricate designs may require additional work and therefore incur a complexity fee.

Complexity is evaluated based on the amount of details, accessories, layers, patterns, and the overall intricacy of the design. For example, long hair generally costs more than short hair because it requires more layers and rendering time.
The final complexity tier is determined by the artist and will always be discussed before the commission is confirmed.
